Red Bud Industries recently completed the installation of two Precision Multi-Cut Blanking Lines for North American Stainless’ Minooka, Illinois and Pendergrass, Georgia locations. Both lines are designed to process .130" (3.3 mm) thick, 60" (1524 mm) wide stainless steel coils “mark free” with Red Bud’s patented Dual Motor Grip Feed System that delivers ±.005" (.127 mm) length tolerances with production speeds up to 275 FPM (84 MPM).

Both of North American Stainless’ Red Bud Precision Multi-Cut Blanking Lines consist of a Coil Stage & Load System, Uncoiler, Peeler Breaker, Roller Leveler, “Pop-Up” Flatness Inspection Table, Film Applicator Rolls, Hands Free Thread System, Dual Motor Grip Feed System, Programmable CNC Slitter, Scrap Winder, Shear, Strip Stacker, Drop Stacker, Automatic Part Diverter, and Automatically Lowering Stack Table. The line at Pendergrass, Georgia, has a coil capacity of 55,000 lb (24948 kg) while the line at Minooka, Illinois, has a coil capacity of 75,000 lb (34020 kg).
