| ROLLED ALLOYS INSTALLS NEW HEAVY GAGE LINE FROM RED BUD INDUSTRIES |
Specialty stainless, nickel and titanium supplier Rolled Alloys has installed a 3/8" (9.5 mm) x 72" (1829 mm) Red Bud Cut-To-Length Line at their Temperance, Michigan, facility.
An In-Line Coil Stage & Load System is featured in the new line along with a Dual Stub Uncoiler and Peeler Breaker specially designed to break the leading edge of heavy gage material. A Shear mounted Drop Stacker with Automatic Lowering Stack Table helps ensure “mark free” processing.
Rolled Alloys’ new line can process 72" (1829 mm) wide coils and consists of an In-Line Coil Stage & Load System, Dual Stub Uncoiler, Peeler Breaker, Dual Roller Levelers, Flatness Inspection Area, Film Applicator Rolls, Shear, Drop Stacker, and Automatic Lowering Stack Table.
