Specialty stainless supplier, Rolled Alloys, has purchased a .500" (12.7 mm) x 72” (1,829 mm) Red Bud Cut-To-Length Line for their Temperance, Michigan, facility. The new line is scheduled to ship February of 2008.

An In-Line Coil Stage & Load System will be featured in the new line along with a Dual Stub Uncoiler and Peeler Breaker specially designed to break the leading edge of heavy gage material. A Shear mounted Drop Stacker with Automatic Lowering Stack Table will help ensure “mark free” processing.

Rolled Alloys’ new line is designed to process 20,000 lb (9,072 kg), 72" (1,829 mm) wide coils and will consist of an In-Line Coil Stage & Load System, Dual Stub Uncoiler, Peeler Breaker, Bradbury Roller Levelers, Flatness Inspection Area, Film Applicator Rolls, Shear, Drop Stacker, and Automatic Lowering Stack Table.
