Job Description
• Produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) and manual Mills and Lathes
• Program parts for CNC mills and lathes
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Maintain equipment supplies
• Proactive involvement in projects, process improvement, and other value-added activities
• Assist other departments as needed

Qualifications 
• Associates degree in machining or equivalent (open to new graduates) or 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to hold close tolerances and conduct component inspections
• Positive, detail-oriented personality
