Our CNC Programmable Slitter makes quick set up and phenomenal tolerances a reality. Once the operator enters the strip widths into the computer, the system calculates the position of each knife set. The Digital Positioning System then moves to the correct locations and the operator slides the knives to the positions indicated. A push of a button engages our patented “Quick Loc” Knife Locking System, locking the knives in place. When coupled with our Servo Hydraulic Grip Feed System, our CNC Slitter can produce blanks with length and width tolerances of ±.005" (.127 mm).

Our Shear mounted combination Drop/Air/Strip Stacker eliminates the need for a Conveyor after the Shear. It also features automatically locking dividers. A Discharge Conveyor System can be configured for either side or end discharge and our unique Skid Sorting System automatically separates and sorts stacks for easy packaging and removal. An available Multi-Rail Dual Chain System is specifically designed for multi-blanking applications.
