| Because of Red Bud Industries' increased demand for their Coil Processing Equipment, Red Bud Industries recently announced an expansion that will double their current manufacturing facility to over 200,000 square feet (18,581 square meters). The new addition should be completed and utilized in their manufacturing operations by Summer 2008. The larger facility will enable Red Bud Industries to move multiple shipments concurrently to meet increased customer demand for their equipment. Customers will notice quicker shipments once the expansion is operational. In addition to the building expansion, two new Mazak machining centers with pallet server systems have been purchased. The new machines will significantly increase the number of different parts that can be produced at any

given time and will make their manufacturing process more flexible. The pallet server system will also allow the new centers to run unattended at night and on weekends. A Kasto automated material storage and retrieval system is also being installed. This new system will initially have approximately 260 storage positions with future capacity to over 600.
The building expansion will feature four 40’ (12,192 mm) tall bays with crane capacities up to 80 tons (72,575 kg). The tall bays will give Red Bud Industries the capacity to handle 5/8” (16mm) by 72” (1,829 mm) wide Cut-To-Length Lines in addition to their current products such as SCS® Cleaning Systems, High Speed Slitting Lines, and Multi-Cut Blanking Lines.
