Job Description
•Prepare and/or review general ledger entries to record business transactions that comply with accounting standards
•Reconcile general ledger accounts and research discrepancies
•Review and reconcile bank accounts
•Accounts receivable processing including assisting customers with financing and leasing options
•Assist with the annual financial audit and related requests
•Assist with preparation of various management reports and ad hoc reports
•Maintain strong internal controls
•Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications for Accountant 
•Associates Degree in Accounting preferred or 3 years of experience in a similar environment, open to new graduates
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communications skills
•Strong ability to multi-task
•Positive, detail-orientated personality
