Job Description
• Prepare and/or review general ledger entries to record business transactions that comply with accounting standards
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and research discrepancies
• Review and reconcile bank accounts
• Accounts receivable processing including assisting customers with financing and leasing options
• Assist with the annual financial audit and related requests
• Assist with preparation of various management reports and ad hoc reports
• Maintain strong internal controls
• Other special projects as assigned

Qualifications for Accountant 
• Associates Degree in Accounting preferred or 3 years of experience in a similar environment, open to new graduates
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communications skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Positive, detail-orientated personality
