ACCOUNTING CLERK


Job Description
•Provide accounting support to the accounting department
•Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and records
•Prepare bank deposits, manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, general ledger postings and statements
•Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
•Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database
•Provide assistance and support to company personnel
•Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
•Inform management and compile reports/summaries on activity areas
•Function in accordance with established standards, procedures and applicable laws
•Constantly update job knowledge

Qualifications 
•Associates Degree in Accounting preferred or 3 years of experience in a similar environment, open to new graduates
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communications skills
•Strong ability to multi-task
•Positive, detail-orientated personality
