As usual, your parts department was quick and shipped a replacement shaft and bearing. We received it at 8:00 a.m. this morning and were back to running the line at 9:00 a.m. Amazon is not close to the service your company provides. Your service has always been excellent and the same is true with your tech support and field technicians when we have needed them.
