Marketing Assistant

Job Description
•Coordinate shows and seminars hosted by Company
•Research foreign shows and associations
•Create new literature and advertisements in print and electronic form
•Create content for social media postings
•Create content for website
•Write sales articles for magazines
•Coordinate virtual webinars
•Prepare employee newsletter
•Other administrative duties for the sales department

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Working knowledge of Adobe Creative products including, but not limited to, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
•Graphic Design experience desired
•Excellent planning and organizational skills
•Must be a powerful communicator with ability to motivate to maintain progress
•Strong ability to multi-task
•Positive, detail-oriented personality
