Job Description
• Obtain Quotations for pricing on purchased parts and services
• Order purchased parts and services as required
• Assist other departments with purchasing
• Notify Supervisor if purchased parts are not received on-time or services are not provided on schedule
• Assist with follow-up correspondence on purchased parts and services
• Maintain Inventory
• Check quality on new supply items
• Review and Approve bills, as necessary, for payment
• Assist with Warranty procedures
• Distribute Mail
• Miscellaneous duties as required

Qualifications
• On-the-job training
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent planning, organizational and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well with others, team player
• Positive, detail-oriented personality
